- Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as [gift cards, sale items, custom or personalized products] cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Process
- Step 1: To initiate a return, please email us at support@attireia.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Step 2: After your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label.
- Step 3: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible), and drop it off at the nearest shipping center.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or store credit, based on your preference.
- Processing Time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Exchange Process
- Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed for items of the same product type (e.g., different size or color). If you would like a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
- Process: Please contact us at support@attireia.com with your order details and the item you’d like in exchange.
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested exchange is not available, we will notify you and offer a refund or store credit.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at support@attireia.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and any other relevant details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
- International Orders
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Please contact us for further instructions.
